Standard Maintenance Agreement:
Our Standard Agreement includes a spring and fall maintenance, as well as a 10% discount on parts and labor for repairs, for one calendar year.

- Two planned maintenance checks, (Heating/Fall and Cooling/Spring)
- Check thermostat
- Check air filter: Clean or replace
- Check air filter
- Check for proper voltage

- Check heat exchanger/ electric heat

Premier Full Service Agreement:
Our Full Service Agreement includes two maintenances and all of the above services. Parts and labor are included in the cost of the contract.In addition to the items listed above, the agreement includes the following services:
- No overtime charges (*heat only)
- Replacement of standard air filter
- Clean drain pan line
- Clean indoor coil
- Clean blower assembly
- Clean burners burner chamber
Under this agreement we will replace or repair the following parts with equal of better parts: time delays, check valves, fan/ pressure controls, pulleys, fan motors, belts, gas/ service valves, capacitors, fan relays, limit controls, fan blades, transformers, pilots pilot safeties, defrost controls, metering devices, sequencers, thermocouples, refrigerant, crankcase heaters, control boards, and temperature sensors.
